Catering assistant will arrive at designated time to your location and set up all items buffet style. Recyclable chafing dishes available upon request at additional cost. Set-up & Retrieval

Set-up & Retrieval service includes set up of stainless steel or recyclable chafing dishes, tablecloths, bowls & stainless steel serving utensils. Recyclable plates, napkins & eating utensils available upon request. Catering assistant will arrive one hour prior to serve time, set up all items buffet style & return after your event for full breakdown and cleanup. Guest to provided 10 to 12 feet of table or counter space for equipment set-up. Tables available for use upon request for additional charge. Service charges and gratuity apply. Minimum 25 people.

Full Service

Full Service includes set-up of stainless steel or recyclable chafing dishes, tablecloths, bowls, stainless steel serving utensils and recyclable plates, napkins & eating utensils.
